Pam joined ITAC as Project Manager for Human Resources and Training in 2001, after years of professional experience as a Consultant and Human Resource Manager for various companies, which ranged from small manufacturers to multinationals such as the Marriott Hotels.
Since joining ITAC, Pam has completed a multitude of projects for her clients in the various disciplines of Human Resources, and is regularly asked to assess the strengths and weaknesses of her companies’ human resources function. Her engagements have included conducting on-site training courses (supervisory development, conflict resolution, team building, etc.), developing policy manuals, handling compensation issues, designing performance management programs, ensuring compliance, setting up an HR function, handling recruitment, and helping her clients obtain training grants.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and a Master of Arts from the Graduate Faculty of New School University. She recently served on an Manufacturing Extension Partnership taskforce dedicated to standardizing workplace skills for certification.
