Manuel Miranda is President of Delicias Andinas, a commercial arepa bakery in Queens, NY. Manuel’s family migrated from Colombia to the United States and opened Delicias Andinas in order to become the primary producer, promoter, and distributor of arepas in the United States. Over the past 20 years, the family-run business grew steadily into a multimillion dollar operation.
Manuel has worked closely with ITAC on Facility Mapping, Advising, HR, and Accounting projects for 7 years and joined ITAC’s board in 2020.
Manuel received his engineering degree from Polytechnic University.
