Kinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (Canada) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).
Throughout his career, Luis has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate the complexities of the manufacturing landscape, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency. His collaborative approach fosters strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, enabling him to tailor solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives. His hands-on experience working closely with both manufacturers and industry stakeholders has deepened his understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in the manufacturing sector, and equipped him with a nuanced perspective that informs his consulting approach.
Luis's journey in manufacturing has been further enriched by his significant involvement with NJMEP, ITAC’s sister organization in New Jersey. There, he gained invaluable insights into New Jersey's manufacturing landscape, honing his expertise in the regional context. Joining ITAC further demonstrates his unwavering commitment to advancing the manufacturing ecosystem, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor and catalyst for positive change now within New York City.
Prior to joining ITAC, Paul spent seven years overseeing the day to day operations at Urban Organic, a small Brooklyn company that offers a home delivery service of organic produce in the tri-state area.
Paul is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in TV/Radio, and a minor in Film Studies.
It's Corey's goal to learn each company's unique personality and makeup, and use their story to develop customized marketing strategies aimed at scaling the business. She has an affinity for creating solutions that fit small businesses’ individual needs and resources. Corey graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and a minor in Art History.
Prior to joining ITAC, Mary spent a decade in the Energy industry at General Electric, building up her operations and project management experience. At GE, she was project manager for 8 large-scale power plant projects, managed GE’s Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) globally spanning multiple GE businesses, was responsible for cost of quality reduction across Power Gen (12B+ business), and was a graduate of the Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where she held various roles in sourcing/supply chain and operations; Mary is also a certified six sigma blackbelt.
After GE, Mary was an early stage startup consultant advising over 60+ entrepreneurs and was herself a social entrepreneur for a year where she led early stage development of a drinking water business to provide access to clean water. Then she spent four years at an international social enterprise, WaterHealth International, as the Director of Special Projects, where she increased customer value via distribution, social marketing, and customer insights.
Currently, Mary leads the growth of ITAC’s advanced manufacturing offerings and capabilities and also focuses on organizational growth and operations.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining ITAC, Mei worked in both the entertainment and the retail industries as an office manager. She is a graduate of the Drake Business School.
