Steven Masur
Steven Masur is a Partner, Technology Practice Chair at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, a law firm that specializes in crafting legal solutions for a broad range of industry sectors and disciplines. Steve has been a highly active business lawyer and dealmaker in a wide variety of businesses for over two decades. He uses a practical approach to helping business leaders achieve their strategic objectives. His primary areas of expertise include corporate, intellectual property, contracts, and strategic deal-making. He has a great deal of experience in emerging technologies, entertainment, celebrity, brands, retail, internet, mobile, and business operations in newly developing sectors.
Steve is a regular speaker at Sundance, CES, SXSW, CTIA, Mobile World Congress, and Digital Hollywood and has written a great many articles on cutting edge business and legal issues. He frequently blogs about new business issues. He serves on the boards of ITAC, Institute of Play (using game theory in education), HarvestWorks Digital Media Arts Center, and the Art and Technology Committee at the National Arts Club. Steve started his career working on and off Capitol Hill in Washington DC, worked at Sabin, Bermant & Gould on Conde Nast‘s corporate and cable TV deals, and founded MasurLaw, a boutique venture and digital media law firm, which he ran for nearly 20 years. He went to Colby College, and got his law degree at American University, Washington College of Law.
