Kinda Younes

Executive Director | KYounes@itac.nyc

Kinda brings to ITAC over twenty-five years of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate development and operations management. Prior to joining ITAC, she was Chief Operating Officer of RevolutionWear, a successful startup combining innovative design with technology to create superior products in the menswear/athletic field for global distribution. Prior to that, she co-founded a patent-owning marketing technology company empowering organizations to bridge the gap between online marketing and in-store commerce through the use of universally unique shopping IDs. She also previously worked as management consultant at a number of technology and Internet startups, focusing mostly on operations management. Her prior experience includes working in PepsiCo’s Corporate Strategy department, where she was part of the team responsible for determining Frito-Lay’s (the world’s leading snacks manufacturer) international expansion strategy. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in Mergers and Acquisitions, advising clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, raid defenses, joint ventures and restructurings.

Kinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (Canada) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Corey Pickett

Corey Pickett

Marketing Project Manager | CPickett@itac.nyc

Corey brings over a decade of digital marketing and advertising strategy to the ITAC team. With a background in both B2B and D2C, she has helped businesses build websites, social media strategies, paid advertising efforts, email marketing campaigns, and brand identities. Prior to joining ITAC, she worked in a variety of manufacturing industries including home furnishings and printing.

It's Corey's goal to learn each company's unique personality and makeup, and use their story to develop customized marketing strategies aimed at scaling the business. She has an affinity for creating solutions that fit small businesses’ individual needs and resources. Corey graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and a minor in Art History.

Paul McQuade

Director of Operations | PMcQuade@itac.nyc

Paul joined ITAC in 2008 and oversees ITAC’s day to day operations. Paul helps develop key processes to streamline existing procedures to improve efficiency. In 2010 Paul served a dual role as the Strategic Operations Coordinator serving as a liaison between ITAC, its off-site Workforce 1 Employment Center and NYC Department of Small Business Services where he developed and implemented a work plan for cross center collaboration. Paul has served as part of ITAC’s management team since 2012 and is a 2013 graduate of NIST MEP’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Prior to joining ITAC, Paul spent seven years overseeing the day to day operations at Urban Organic, a small Brooklyn company that offers a home delivery service of organic produce in the tri-state area.

Paul is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in TV/Radio, and a minor in Film Studies.

Mei Sit

Accounting Associate | MSit@itac.nyc

Mei initially joined ITAC over twenty years ago, and has had growing responsibilities ever since thanks to her drive to constantly pursue new challenges, and her strong multi-tasking capabilities. She is now the proposal/project coordinator, and also assists the Accounting Department. In her current role, Mei handles all aspects of support documentation for accounting entries and accounts’ maintenance, preparing invoices and account statements, analyzing data, and compiling reports required by management and funders.

Prior to joining ITAC, Mei worked in both the entertainment and the retail industries as an office manager. She is a graduate of the Drake Business School.

Mary McKay

Director of Advanced Manufacturing | MMckay@itac.nyc

Mary has twenty years of combined customer-facing leadership, operations and value creation experience in both corporate and startup environments.

Prior to joining ITAC, Mary spent a decade in the Energy industry at General Electric, building up her operations and project management experience. At GE, she was project manager for 8 large-scale power plant projects, managed GE’s Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) globally spanning multiple GE businesses, was responsible for cost of quality reduction across Power Gen (12B+ business), and was a graduate of the Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where she held various roles in sourcing/supply chain and operations; Mary is also a certified six sigma blackbelt.

After GE, Mary was an early stage startup consultant advising over 60+ entrepreneurs and was herself a social entrepreneur for a year where she led early stage development of a drinking water business to provide access to clean water. Then she spent four years at an international social enterprise, WaterHealth International, as the Director of Special Projects, where she increased customer value via distribution, social marketing, and customer insights.

Currently, Mary leads the growth of ITAC’s advanced manufacturing offerings and capabilities and also focuses on organizational growth and operations.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
